"WHO IS USING YOUR POWER?"

This question will get the attention of thinking intelligent people. It has to be one of the most important questions anyone has ever asked you and one that must not be unthinkingly cast aside.
Our world is home of many political and religious belief systems, which are energized by the power of the people who become participants in those systems. Joseph Stalin was the communist dictator of the USSR. He probably never murdered anyone with his own hands but millions of people were imprisoned or murdered by people who let Stalin use their power. The history of people on our planet goes back thousands of years. Billions of people have been abused, plundered, violated, used and murdered by very small minorities who have used deceit, lies and trickery to gain access to the power of a majority. There have been very few times in history where people have lived their lives in control of their own powers.
Our United States of America is the richest most powerful nation on this planet. History teaches that external forces never destroy great nations. Great nations have always been destroyed from within. As this is written there are many thinking, concerned Americans who recognize that a small minority, are using deceit, lies and trickery to change our political system. The Declaration of Independence, the Constitution for the united States of America and our Bill of Rights were to be the Supreme Law of our land. These are the laws that brought about the political system, which has served us so well for over two hundred years. The intent of those who created the Supreme Law of our land was to give us a government that could not gain access to the powers of We, the People. In other words it was Law designed to protect our power from a political minority that might misuse the power of the people.
As this is written, there is a gang of political outlaws who have gained access to the powers of millions of Americans using propaganda and lies to deceive our countrymen. The Democratic and Republican parties have been hijacked by this subversive minority. If you think Democrats, or Republicans, can fix our broken political system you will make an excellent exhibit showing how effective government schools have become. Teachers in a government school will never teach students how to maintain control of their power. Politician-controlled government schools will never teach us that one person has more power than the President, the Congress and the Supreme Court. A hypothetic case will explain this.
Suppose the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) charges someone with failure to file a 1040 tax return. A jury hears the case, and it is true the defendant didn’t file and pay. The judge will subtly instruct the jury to convict but one of the twelve jurors votes ‘not guilty’. That one juror can judge the law to be unconstitutional and therefore not law. That one juror has not given his power to the government. The president, Congress and the Courts must accept and respect that juror’s right to hang the jury and protect his countrymen from bad law (non-law).
Politician controlled government schools will not teach you about your power on a grand jury.
If you are called for grand jury duty, do you even know how a grand jury is supposed to function? If you don’t know your power, government attorneys will be happy to have you on a Grand Jury. You have heard about schools ‘dumbing us down’. Grand juries and trial juries by law were to be the most powerful checks in our system of checks and balances. The President, the Congress and the Courts cannot be a check against the two kinds of Juries. The Grand jury and trial jury are to represent We, the People, and protect us from any one who might try to misuse our power -- that of We, the People.
You are now challenged by the big question, "Who is using your power?" Can you trust politicians, lawyers and judges with your power?
The next American to go to jail for a victimless crime could very well be one of your own family members – all because not a single member of the jury had a clue about his or her powers of protecting fellow countryman.
Our politician controlled government schools did not teach us how to control politicians. History is a record of how people have been used, abused, plundered and manipulated by a small minority known as politicians. The Constitution for the united States of America was a law written to create a government controlled by the people rather than politicians. Our nation became very rich and powerful with this great political system. People who aren’t controlled by politicians enjoy liberty and freedom. As this is written politicians have used propaganda taught in our public schools to subvert the system that had worked so well. Politicians have created what is known as administrative law. Politicians have been able to use, abuse, plunder and manipulate, we, the people using administrative law. This would not be happening if we had been taught how to enforce the law, we, the people created. We need to understand that politician created administrative law is inferior to the Constitution for the United States of America
We have a two law political system. The Constitution is the higher law and all politician-created law is lower law.
The grand jury and trial jury are the mechanisms, we, the people put within our Constitution and Bill of Rights to protect, We, the People from lower (inferior) law created by politicians. Our higher law requires all public servants to promise (by oath) to uphold and defend the constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. Politicians are now free to violate their oath (promise) because, We, the People have not been taught how to use our grand jury and trial jury votes to protect ourselves from inferior politician created administrative law. If we do not know how to function when serving on a jury a politician judge can manipulate and control us. The Internal Revenue Code is a perfect example of politician-created law. Politicians have used manipulated juries to enforce the IRS code. The IRS is now a terrorist organization that gets its power from manipulated juries.
Grand juries and trial juries are the most powerful checks in our system of Checks and Balances. One person on a trial jury is more powerful than the entire government. One juror can hang a jury in a 6th Amendment criminal trial or a 7th Amendment civil trial. The President, the Congress and the Courts must all respect that one sovereign citizen’s power and authority. That one juror used the higher law to nullify lower law. A good definition of the word sovereign is – HE WHO HAS THE FINAL SAY ON THE LAW. The president, the Congress and the US Supreme Court are not the sovereign. We, the People are sovereign if we know how to use our power. If we don’t use our power we will be used, abused, plundered and manipulated.
