What’s the highest court in the land? If you reply, “The Supreme Court,” you will be wrong! There is one more even higher.
For 30 years or more, the Montana rancher and longtime freedom fighter Martin “Red” Beckman, now retired in Washington state, has tried to instruct the American people of the proper exercise of their rights. “If you don’t use them, you won’t have them,” says Red.
This admonition may be more important today than at any other time in our history. The American Republic is in dire straits because the government schools have failed to educate the new generation about these rights. Meanwhile, the Washington DC Federales have been slowly usurping these rights since 1861.
Far too many in the Freedom Movement harbor the fervent belief that the mere election of constitutionist Ron Paul to the White House will solve the nation’s problems. We have news for you: this is not a one-vote system and the founders never intended it that way anymore than they intended for Americans to live under a “democracy.”
(If only one vote out of twelve stops a government prosecution, does that sound like a democracy to you?)
We have a three-vote system, but most people don’t know about the power of their other two votes because they have been silently ignored by the controlled system – the schools, the news media, and the judiciary.
Those other two votes are still available to anyone who will use them. If we want to stop government intrusion in our lives, we must use them!
In this presentation, Red teaches again that important lesson of how we need to utilize our three votes available to us in the American system, not just the one at the ballot box. In this socialistic age of Government vs. We the People, it’s those other two votes that the agents of government wish we did not know about and prefer that we would not use. One of the least known but most important Amendments in the Bill of Rights is the Seventh. It says, “In suits at common law, where the value at controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined by any court of the United States, than according to the rules of common law.”
Does anyone know of any amendments to the Seventh Amendment? Okay, then, let’s consider this law – especially the underlined part above. It’s the second half of the Seventh that everyone seems to have forgotten, much to the relief of the judiciary.
Now we know that there are those who will say right here that “You just can’t get a common law court established anymore. The system has simply made it unavailable.” I know that argument. Don’t forget, I lived the judicial agony with the Montana Freemen in 1996. I have known others who thought they had “found” the hidden common law court in Washington DC and knew how to revive it – only to be frustrated by the opposing power of the system.
Well, the fact is that the establishment of the common law court is no further away than a simple motion. And if you file this motion, you will likely get the result that you seek. We predict that you will get a dismissal of the charges. The last thing that the “system” wants is exposure. And until the multitudes begin to take this simple but hidden weapon to their own defenses, the best that you will be able to do is be exonerated before trial – thereby saving you legal fees, worry, lack of sleep, and a shortened life due to stress. We hope that is not too disappointing at this juncture and predict that you will have further satisfaction later as the multitudes catch on and join in.

WHAT SO FEW HAVE FAILED TO REALIZE IS THAT:
Judges have a conflict of interest in any tax case or any other case, for that matter, where the opposing parties are government and a citizen of one of the states. Think: how can a judge sit without bias on any case where it is his employer (from whom he derives a paycheck) versus a private citizen? The conflict is blatantly obvious; the judge is a party to the action. He/she cannot sit without bias. The pre-trial “Conflict of Interest” challenge stops the government without a trial.
Learn the basics here and we’ll teach you the details whenever you need to proceed against any attack. No charge. We are not selling information here but rather trying to expose the truth. When you need help, the last thing you will need is a lawyer. You need only how to defend yourself with a simple motion or two. We will provide that right here. It is only a matter of standing up and saying, “Hold it!” Let’s do this lawfully.” Judges and the courts only operate unlawfully when they can do it in the dark. When the spotlight of law is shone upon their backs, they are forced to behave lawfully.

This includes your dumb brother-in-law and your obstinate work mate. Don’t worry that most of them either won’t watch it or won’t use it. God takes care of that and sees to it that the dolts pass it on to someone with “eyes to see and ears to hear.”
There are a few who will watch and comprehend the message, and as you will learn from the DVD, we need but 5% of the populace to understand the truth and to halt government intrusion.
